Our role in a nutshell:
Our team helped translate the successful online concept of Balsam Hill to a standout seasonal pop-up brick and mortar retail experience. Additionally, we created a model that would be scalable for both local execution as well as potential pop-up offshoots down the line.
The not-so-secret recipe:
We conducted a deep-dive brainstorm with the Balsam Hill team to better understand areas of opportunity for brick and mortar within the existing business model. We suggested ways to better position, market, layout and merchandise the seasonal pop-up to best meet the needs of target consumers and drive incremental revenue.
