Our role in a nutshell:
Create a concept that disrupts the industry by targeting untapped demo of alpha families with a high-design, welcoming and commonsense approach to preparedness. Additionally, we built scalability into the model from a margin, channel, price-point and product evolution standpoint.
The not-so-secret recipe:
We developed a strategic brand platform that would allow Boltwell to disrupt the industry and become relevant to a group of consumers who were new to the concept of emergency preparedness. We spearheaded all of the strategy, developed the A to Z business model and acted as the brand gatekeepers to ensure that every touch point—from branding and packaging to website and marketing strategy—created a meaningful buying experience for the consumer.
