Our role in a nutshell:
We worked with the owners to evolve the concept, capitalize on top sellers in the assortment, and streamline their operations and marketing strategies
The not-so-secret recipe:
We conducted a detailed on-site assessment to identify existing opportunities and challenges of the business. We helped to break out sales performance to understand volume and margin leaders within their product mix, and worked with them to develop marketing strategies to better showcase and feature these items. We also helped to direct strategy behind branding and messaging to ensure that the concept resonated with customers.
