WHAT WE'LL DO
Retail Concepts offers a store assessment package that looks at the issues and challenges facing retailers, such as you, as well as a thorough assessment on how to leverage your company’s strengths. We find undiscovered opportunities and places that would benefit from some “Retail Mending.” Combining information about your current store with our outside research of the industry, local area and experiences, and an in-store evaluation, we will prepare a full assessment and recommendations for you.

HOW WE'LL DO IT
Ours is a simple, painless process that begins with the retailer providing us with necessary information and us doing our homework. We then spend time in the store both on our own and with the management and staff. There is a 60+ point list of specific items we will scrutinize, observe, photograph and discuss, put together in advance by our retail team. As each situation is different, we use these points as a guideline but will focus on those areas that the largest impact can be made in your store.
This approach gives retailers the ability to focus themselves and their staff on a plan that gives direction and tasks instead of the typical and general “we need to do better,” a vague response which frequently creates mixed messages for employees and customers. The Retail Concepts’ approach allows you to say “this is how we are going to do better” And takes you each step of the way.
Our approach is always straightforward and we are always looking for low-cost and no-cost opportunities. Our strength is that we are trained and successful retailers, merchandisers, and marketers. Our team is comprised of lifelong veteran retailers, both young and old, with experience working in stores, owning stores, being executives in large stores, starting up new stores, running small stores, providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and marketing. Though we are often termed consultants we think and work as retailers.

We offer several options dependent on your size and budget.
For stores at a great distance, we offer a cyber visit plan and meeting option in place of a store visit and travel expenses. Should you want to work with us virtually, you can send us your digital pictures so we can take a full virtual tour of your location and then we will meet via phone and email.
